We are each responsible and accountable

Every member of the APBA community (professionals, businesses, executives and non-executives, associates, etc) must work to comply with the provisions of the APBA’s Codes of Ethics and Conduct. We must all review the Codes and related materials and be vigilant to ensure that our conduct complies with the Code. The Code of Conduct does not, on its own, ensure ethical conduct despite setting forth fundamental principles of how we expect our business members to do business and our professional members to conduct work activities. Ultimately, we are each personally accountable to act ethically, comply with the law, be watchful for questionable circumstances, and challenge issues.
