Carla Goncalves joined the Alliance with lots of experience in administration and customer management. She leads in the delivery of our front line customer services, ensuring that the first point of contact with the Alliance is one of a positive experience.  Carla is multi-lingual and an outgoing professional with a dedicated customer care attitude. With backdrop qualifications in Health and Social care and a solid awareness of migrating customer needs, she combines flexibility with policy enforcement in a manner that delights the Alliance's customers. Carla is also well known for her first class organizational, planning and events management skills.  

Janet Efere (FInstSMM)

Janet is a sales expert who trains staff, business leaders and provides expert advice and consultancy to corporate bodies in the UK. Her illustrious work earned her the Sales Trainer of the Year 2016 Award. She was also the winner of the Enterprise Enfield Business Award in November 2015. Before founding Tadpole Training, Janet was part of the Senior Management Team at Edu-Group UK (a consortium of UK colleges), and a director at the British Education Network (BEN). She comes from a career background of competitiveness, target achievements, and a goal-driven business culture; She made significant achievements at Xerox Business Services (as a Document Management Executive) and at Ceramique Internationale Ltd (as a Sales Coordinator). Janet brings to the Alliance's board a very valuable leadership and creativity qualities that are core for achieving it's strategic business goals.

W. Patrick McPhilamy, III is an attorney and has been in practice for over 24 years as Principal Attorney of the Law Office of W. Patrick McPhilamy, III, located in Pasadena. He also has substantial experience serving on and working with the board of directors of several organizations, including both for-profit and non-profit entities. He earned a Master of Law degree from the University of Cambridge, a Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. He also received a Diploma, Institute on International and Comparative Law in London, England, held at the University of London, from the University of San Diego School of Law, and he studied law for a summer at the University of Oxford.

Professor Kenneth Agyekum-Kwatiah is an NHS Governor (East London Foundation NHS Trust), the interim chair of the Anti-Corruption Professionals and Businesses Alliance (APBA) and the President of International Centre of Education and Professional Ethics (ICEPE-UK).

 

He is a member of RICS, CIOB, ICES and a fellow member of the Institute of Leadership and Management (FInstLM)

DR. Andrews Akolaa is a product of SMC University in Switzerland with over 20 years’ experience in Sales and marketing  at senior executive level. He is currently Head of Department of Marketing and a Lecturer at the Graduate School (University of Professional Studies). His previous work experience include Vice President (Airtel Ghana) ; Sales Director (Guinness Ghana Breweries); and General Manager (Kasapreko Company Limited).

Dr Andrew is currently a Member of the Board of National Biosafety Authority, after serving as a Council member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana  and a Council member of Association of Ghanaian industries. He is also a member of the Strategic Planning Committee of the Brand Ghana and the National President of BONABOTO
